6 months on from Lighthouse Album Launch Show

It hardly seems possible that 6 months have passed since the band launched their latest album, Invisible Highway, at the prestigious Lighthouse Music & Arts Pub in Walmer, Deal Kent on Friday 17th May 2024. With Graham Parker stepping up on bass guitar duties on the evening and Bryan Orwell on keyboards along with Steve Moreham on violin, both musicians being recording stalwarts with the Crows, a memorable night was enjoyed by a very appreciative audience.
Unfortunately, due to health reasons Dave Kirk, pedal steel guitarist on 3 tracks on Invisible Highway was unable to join the band on the evening. The good news is that Dave is now back on his feet and is gradually getting back to playing pedal steel and will no doubt be back to his magnificent best in no time at all.

Tom Cole on stage with The Old Country Crows

Support act on the evening was Hastings-based Tom Cole. Tom's style of Americana/alternative country meets Greenwich Village folk revival was a hit on the night and set the scene for a very special evening. And Tom joined the Crows on stage at the end of the night to blast along with the band on Help Me Man, We'll All Be There and the Johnny Cash classic, Folsom Prison Blues to wrap up the show. What a night!
