One of the greatest Hollywood actors, Val Kilmer, has passed away at the age of 65. Val and his two brothers would make home movies from a very young age and he was destined to become a Hollywood star. He has left us with some magnificent movies with roles from Iceman in Top Gun (1986), Jim Morrison in The Doors biopic from 1991 and Batman in Batman Forever in 1995. But it was the iconic movie Tombstone in 1993 in which he played the part of the hard-drinking Doc Holliday which will live long in the memory. Coming to the aid of Wyatt Earp, Doc assists in ridding Tombstone of the Outlaw Cowboys leading to the Gunfight At The O.K. Corral. In a constant state of pain and alcohol Doc is on the nail in the gunfight and beyond as things spiral out of control in the town. A great actor and a great movie.
Val Kilmer - thanks for the memories.
