The tracks were laid down at OS Dover Studios in March and April 2019, recorded by Ollie Seager, during the Behind The Rain sessions with a view to being released on an EP in the near future. And this is what has happened. When the world shut down over the autumn of 2020 due to the pandemic the recorded tracks were handed over to Kevin Thorpe at Big Jam Studios in the autumn of 2020 with the final mix completed in April 2021. Featuring the now departed Ian Bottle on bass guitar and backing vocals the tracks are an uplifting collection designed to lift the spirits from 21st June 2021 when life returned to some sort of normality.  Listen To Me is a melodic-rock statement and (I’ll Get along Just Fine) Without You has a wonderful folk-based melody and features a fantastic violin part from the superb Steve Moreham. All Summer Long is a wall of guitars signalling the arrival of summer and life returning to normality while Burned To The Ground sees the band hitting triple-time and waltzing their way through a true story of a husband and wife duo from the Deep South losing all their possessions – a story told when they toured the UK a few years ago. The EP culminates in the rocker Help Me Man featuring Bryan Orwell on keyboard as the band celebrate the return of normal life with a good old slice of rock and roll.
